Chris is an awesome coach. He is very personal, personable, knowledgeable and motivational. The gym is not a muscle head kinda place but has all the equipment you would expect to find at one. The program is organized and structured making it easy to find success. It is not an intimidating place, everyone feels like family. I would recommend Chris and TFW to anyone, whether you are an athlete looking for focused training or just looking to lose weight and get back into shape, there will be something for you.
Clean, expansive, and high quality equipment. I'm impressed with the National and International coaching experience of the staff. Locker rooms/showers are just the icing to an already great gym!
