I have the H-2 Model and installed it myself in about 30 minutes. I was intimidated by the hookup to the commode's plumbing but, after watching the video, it was a cinch to do! Installation really IS simple. Personal hygiene is a big deal for me as there were days when I needed a second or third shower - with my USAbidet, another shower isn't necessary. Best of all, the bidet stays out of the way until I'm ready to use it. Every nursing home, assisted living facility, senior adult and physically challenged individual, IBS and hemmorhoid sufferers, and new mothers should have this. What a great invention!
